These terms apply whenever you engage Fresh Frame ("we", "us") for a website, automation, branding or digital solutions project. By asking us to start work, or by accepting a quote from us, you agree to them.
We build websites, business automation, branding and related digital solutions, as described on freshframe.studio. Exact scope, deliverables and timeline for a given project are agreed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before paid work begins.
For website projects, we build a working mock based on your brief at no cost and with no advance payment. You decide whether to continue after seeing it. If you don't, that's the end of it — no invoice, no obligation.
Automations and custom products are not mocked up front, since a workflow can't be judged in a browser preview the way a page can. Instead we scope these on a call and send you a written feature list and price before any build work — and therefore any payment — begins.
Website pricing follows the bands published on our pricing page; the exact figure for your project is confirmed in writing once scope is agreed. Automation and custom-product work is quoted per job. Payment terms (advance, milestones, or on delivery) are set out in that written quote — nothing is charged before you've agreed to it.
The optional Care plan add-on is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how that works.
Once a project is paid in full, you own the delivered website, its content and any custom code written for it. Domain and hosting accounts are set up in your name, or handed over to an account you control, so you're never locked out of your own site.
The number of revision rounds included depends on the package or the written quote for your project — for example, our Standard website package includes two rounds. Requests beyond what's included are scoped and priced separately.
Domain registration, hosting, and any licensed fonts, images or third-party tools your project needs are billed at cost, separately from our build fee, unless a quote says otherwise.
Post-launch support included with a package (for example, 30 days on our Premium tier) is for fixes and small changes related to the delivered work. Ongoing maintenance beyond that is covered by the optional Care plan, or quoted separately.
Anything you share with us about your business to scope a project — figures, processes, credentials needed to build or integrate — is used only to deliver that project and is not shared with anyone else.
We build things to work as agreed and fix defects in delivered work reported within the support period. Beyond that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of a delivered website, automation, or related deliverable.
We may update these terms as the studio grows. The version in effect for your project is the one live on this page when you accept a quote.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction over any dispute.
